How long will it take to receive my order?

Normal delivery time to process and ship your order to your door is 3 to 4 weeks. Rush orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

Do you refund shipping and handling?

For returned products, you will be refunded the full purchase price, less shipping and handling.


How do I cancel my order?

Orders are shipped from our facility many times on the same day you place your order. Should you decide you no longer want all or part of your order, immediately call Customer Service at 1.888.VACUWARE to place your cancellation request. We'll do our best to cancel if it’s not been placed into our shipping process.


How do I return my product for a refund?

To insure receiving proper credit, box up the product making sure it is well padded. If you have the original shipping container, that is best to use. Be sure to include the original paper work that arrived with your order. Please make sure your name, address and phone number are included with your product to help us promptly refund your purchase. Please allow 30-45 days from shipping date to see your credit. Send the package to this address:
